Along with her well wishes, the mother of two — who is expecting their third baby, a girl — shared a colorful carousel of photos marking the occasion.

In the first two images, the high school sweethearts posed amid a bouquet of black, red and chrome balloons at Patrick’s pre-birthday bash, which was held on Sunday, Sept. 15.

Brittany, who rested her hand on her growing bump, wore a black and white striped dress and white sneakers, while the birthday boy sported a Louis Vuitton t-shirt, khakis and matching kicks.

Sterling Skye, 3½, and Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, 21 months, made cameos in the other snaps, where they appeared alongside their parents in various settings — on the Kansas City Chiefs sidelines, at training camp, on vacation and at home, snuggling on the couch.
